About the role
We are looking for a Partner and Service Manager to come join us in achieving industry-leading customer and partner satisfaction.
 
Together with your colleagues, you will provide best-in-class service and support to different internal and external stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned partner segment, and manage communication and the relationship towards them through various channels, including our online ticketing tool.
 
Your role
You will ensure your assigned partner segment is well managed and address potential issues as they arise. You will troubleshoot reported, at times complex, issues and coordinate a resolution together with different stakeholders. You need to have a proactive  and hands-on approach to work, and not be afraid of at times somewhat technical issues. You will also be involved in developing the service model for your assigned partner segment and related processes to find efficiency and further improve customer satisfaction.
 
This role will require you to be an excellent communicator and to co-operate with a complex network of internal and external stakeholders. You are hands-on and always keep customers and partners at the center. You are a driven and tenacious self-starter, who takes pride in a delivering world-class customer experience, also in an at times hectic, fast-paced, and uncertain environment.
Your qualifications
Working as part of the Plugsurfing team you will need a curious and hands-on attitude. This means taking responsibility, working transparently, bringing your own ideas forward and getting things done.
 
In addition, the following experience, competences and skillsets will be needed in order to be successful in this role:
 
• High energy and drive to achieve, results-oriented
• Ability to maintain high performance under uncertainty and changing circumstances
• Proven problem solving skills
• Analytical skills allowing to prioritize initiatives and to propose alternative approaches with related pros and cons
• Ability to keep the bigger picture in mind while still looking after details
• Fluency in English
• Experience of the EV industry is considered a plus
