We’re seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our design team. As a part of the team, you will also cross-functionally work together with product managers, engineers, customer success, and marketing to oversee the user experience from ideation until launch, all to make sure that our products and solutions are valuable for people.

• Be responsible for turning complex B2B-related topics into the best-in-class enterprise user experiences.
• Partner with product managers in discovering the most impactful problems to solve.
• Bring narrative of user needs to the team.
• Participate in UX Research activities together with other designers and product managers and incorporate insights into elegant and efficient design solutions to fulfil our customers' and business needs.
• Incorporate Data Analysis and feedback through testing to validation of concepts.
• Take the user's perspective and explore the solutions from different angles.
• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple, consistent and valuable for people.
• Follows visual convention and know how to communicate information effectively and beautifully.
• Proactively identify small and large usability issues within your product area and strive for a quality end-to-end solution.
• Iterate quickly, use rapid prototyping.
• Participate in design reviews by giving and receiving feedback from other designers in order to raise the quality of our products. Organise workshops, field tests, and design sprints.

• You have preferably 5+ years of experience as a product designer and have a portfolio of your past work that demonstrates a breadth of human-centered design skills.
• BA in a design-related field or any relevant professional trainings and education (Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interactions, System Design, Service Design, etc).
• You have a passion for solving product and people problems.
• You are comfortable working within complex systems and technologies.
• You are an expert in the best practices of interaction design, as well as a strong knowledge of user research methods, human behaviour, usability principles, and techniques.
• You are an experienced designer who can go across all phases of design work: research, solution conceptualization, UX flow production, application of visual design guidelines, prototyping, creating highly-crafted production-ready designs, usability testing and participation, and support of multi-disciplinary teams during implementation.
• Have a great scenario and spatial thinking to make your designs more intuitive and high-craft.
• You test everything and believe that there are no bad or good design solutions, only tested and untested.
• Experience with Service Design, Design Systems, and the EV-mobility market is a plus but not required.
